The OTT liquid ring vacuum units are ideal for all types of cleaning and fluid transfer purposes. All units can be built to each customer´s specifications.
The unit is extremely user-friendly and exceeds all relevant specifications. All equipment is built in to one container – one lift to the rig. The unit is fully automatic; it will vacuum the waste material and evacuate the drop tank at the same time – continuous operation means cost effective.

Technical specifications
The system is Ex zone certified including ATEX and designed for multi-power operation, 400-690vac / 50-60Hz. The equipment consisting of a liquid ring pump mounted at a solid foundation with connection, motor and process tank. Hose pump for emptying of tank, internal piping and connection station, built in a container to DNV 2.7.1. with its own certified lifting equipment.
The general working principle
The liquid ring vacuum pump creates vacuum in the tank. The tank is connected to a vacuum pipe, or hoses, for manual or automatic cleaning and fluid transfer of mud and other waste materials. The product collected is pneumatically transported to the internal tank. The hose pump will automatically empty (discharge) from the internal tank thus enabling a continuous operation. The unit can be operated in both automatic and manually modes for reduced manpower requirements.
